Charlie and Alison Laing are very generously hosting a welcome afternoon tea for us to build relationships with individuals and families who have arrived from Hong Kong. Sadly, many have been driven out by the ever threatening CCP regime that is now in charge there.

The plan is to offer fellowship from a neighbouring church and the opportunity for newly arrived families to meet new friends; see an area close by and talk to members of another congregation. Some folks are members of the Chinese church in Reading.

Do come along if you are free and feel able to be part of the friendly face of the UK. Even if you are unable to come we know they appreciate your prayers!
